70x7 Challenge
In Lesson 9 of the "My Agreements with Me for Believers" workbook
we talk about practicing deep forgiveness by putting on the armor of God

How you can practice Deep Forgiveness?
Use the 70x7 Putting on the Armor of God Challenge
to create accountability for your daily practice.

"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God” Ephesians 6:10-17

What if you began to surrender and release the sin, pain, and hurt others have shown you by living according to Jesus' example on the cross? As Jesus was breathing his last breath on the cross he whispered, “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do” (Luke 23:34). When you choose to “surrender” to the act of forgiveness, you empty your soul of bitterness, wrath, decay, hate, anger, jealousy, and many other strongholds that are a “cancer” to your body, soul, and spirit. So, if not now, when? And if not you, who? Take back your life and live in peace by seeking reconciliation and forgiveness with all mankind. “Do all you can to live in peace with everyone” (Romans 12:18). And finally, remember that in the end, God will judge and make everything right. This is our hope. There are limits to human justice. We know that all kinds of wrongs go unpunished in this world. But we take comfort in knowing that, in the end, God will deal with everything in accordance with his inflexible justice, perfect wisdom, and eternal goodness. You cannot have peace without faith, you cannot have faith without trust, and you cannot have trust without forgiveness. Therefore, choose forgiveness!

Ephesians 6:10-17 (specifically verse 10) is the key principle element to the whole armor of God. This verse introduces the overall motivation for Paul's instructions. Namely, this is the strength, through the Lord, and of the Lord. Paul notes that the Believer does not rely on his or her own understanding, but on the power of God
to win victory in life's battles.
Each piece connects to an area of spiritual life important to reliance upon God's strength. Paul's depiction of these components will conclude with a focus prayer (Ephesians 6:18-20), again asking God for strength and success in battle. Only by relying on God, through these spiritual tools, can we overcome spiritual evil and succeed at living out God's will. (BibleRef.com)
The most effective way to change your habits is to focus on who you wish to become,
