I grew up with domestic violence as a way of life, so being in a loving, nurturing and supportive environment was not my experience at all… We lived in motel after motel, and after every beating and call to the police, my mom swore she would not go back. Of course the “I’m sorry’s” and “I’ll be better” conversations always won. We spent twelve years in that cycle of physical and emotional abuse and I swore it would never happen to me. And then it did.

Writing the “My Agreements with Me ~ Journey of Personal Reflection” is not about my “story”, it’s about overcoming. It is about the commitment and daily reflection it takes to stop self-sabotaging our lives. It’s about 100% responsibility. The journey of self-awareness and self-improvement takes courage and strength. It is an inside job to choose to be honest with yourself, and to own up to the way we blame, justify, make excuses and take a self righteous or victim position. This journey is about ownership of your own life, and for some it’s about deciding to be the last one. The last one to end generations and cycles of domestic violence, abuse, addiction, depression, pain and/or terminal normality and mediocrity.

There is a lot to be learned about the power of intention, purpose and perspective.
This journey is a collection of insights and wisdom that are relevant to a path of growth and based off of real life experiences. It is guaranteed that the moment you decide to grow and evolve, everything will come up to be released – essentially to be healed.
​
All of my work is about growth and expansion; mental, emotional, physical and Spiritual. It is about continually evolving into the best version of ourselves – which I believe is a lifelong experience. This journey is about making a commitment to yourself and starting right where you are, without judgement.

One my favorite things to do is to show individuals, entrepreneurs and small business owners how to create systems in their business that are customer focused and keep them top of mind. In addition to consulting, I also enjoy exploring business challenges and opportunities both personally and professionally. Interestingly enough, many solutions are found where they are least expected. Being able to support my customers with amazing resources is a win-win!
