In Lesson 38 of the My Agreements with Me for Believers workbook, we are discussing "Your Empowered Self", As you make small and mindful changes, who you become in the process is limitless. It's when you lean into discomfort that you create an empowered sense of self. It's when you decide and are committed to take care of your body that it will take care of you.

We are made in God’s image, so since God is made up of three persons (Father, Son, Spirit), it makes sense that we are also made up of three entities (mind, body, spirit). To take care of ourselves, we must be healthy spiritually, physically, and mentally.

What a beautiful concept, if you notice the title doesn’t say, “to empower self”, or “how to empower self”. It states, “Your Empowered Self”, which means it is already done. God already gave you all the tools, tips, direction, and information through the word to cultivate what is already in you. The Bible says, We have the mind of Christ. Which means because the Holy Spirit dwells within us, we as believers have been given access to the thoughts of Christ. We have the ability to see what is spiritual and to think what Christ thinks. (1 Corinthians 2:16). We were created to glorify Him in ALL things. To live our lives in such a manner that it brings honor to His name. This is through Mind, Body and Spirit. 
When you partner with God in these areas, amazing things begin to happen. When you feel empowered, you have the ability to achieve the impossible. That means if you need to lose weight, pull strongholds down or meditate on keeping your mind renewed, you will see results when operating in empowerment. Let’s take it a notch up, when you have Divine empowerment, this is the actual release of god’s ability to achieve his will through you. This power was meant for you to achieve your destiny. Psalm 62:11 says the power/our strength comes from God. 

When you dive into the word, this concept is so incredible. It should make you want to dance and shout hallelujah!! There is nothing impossible with God.
