It takes radical inclusion (unconditional love) to be able to create a world where everyone is important and where no one is left out.
"All of you together are the one body of Christ, and each one of you is a separate and necessary part of it.” 1 Corinthians 12:12-27

Radical inclusion is significant because it takes unconditional love to be able to create a world where everyone is important, and where no one is left out. Where everyone matters and we are all equal. The perfect example of radical inclusion is Jesus himself. His message to the world is found in John 13:34-35:

“A new Commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also, love one another. By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if ye have love one to another”.

When Jesus was choosing his disciples, it wasn’t based on religion, financial status, profession, or race. His method was simple, he looked at the heart. (1 Samuel 16:7) He is no respecter of people. This is why he was able to walk Calvary to save the world from their sins, to die on the rugged cross for us as a human race and, most importantly, as his sons and daughters. It is because of the inclusive love he carries for each one of us. 

God knew how important it was to feel a sense of belonging with one another. It is by his perfect design that no one feels alone or left out. With a loving heart, self-awareness and guidance from the Holy Spirit it is an absolute achievable gift to give to others.

Here are some ways you can be welcoming to others:

— don’t always sit by or associate yourself with the same people.
— include others in conversation.
— include others to be a part of your life.
— find and bond over common interests.
— give sincere compliments and express love.

With lots of practice, it will get easier to find the value in our differences, and you will appreciate the unique contribution each person brings into the world.
